Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All tags must still be attached

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@esvira.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
